Because ICOM rents out the entire facility, we have access to many board rooms and ballrooms that we make available to you. We know that many of our missionaries and organizations like to hold an annual board meeting or reception during the conference week.
We are able to offer these rooms at no additional charge to you! The only thing you would pay for is any room set-up changes and/or food, beverages or any other extras that you want for your meeting or reception.
We have just a few guidelines:
An ICOM staff member will contact you early Fall to give you room assignments and contact information for your event.
