Sneak Peek Advertising

Sneak Peek advertising is closed. 2025 Sneak Peek Ads will open February 2025.

The Sneak Peek Magazine is printed in April of each year and is a 16-page magainze that is distributed to over 3,500 destinations of churches, colleges and individuals. The goal of the magazine is to give a preview of what happens at the conference.

 ICOM only offers four (4) half page ads in the Sneak Peek and each ad is $1,200.


Conference Advertising

Program Book Advertising

Each year, we offer our exhibitors the opportunity to purchase an ad in our 95+ page program book for some extra exposure.

We typically print about 4,500 books to use onsite as a conference guide.

We have ads ranging from $200 to $2,500, depending on your budget!

We have a size that will fit everyone.

Chair Advertising

Organizations may place an advertisement on the seats of the convention arena during one of the five main sessions for guests to peruse as they enter and enjoy the main session.

Only one organization may purchase a chair ad for each main session.

Representatives from the purchasing organization are responsible for placing the advertisement on the seats in the main session, as well as picking up residuals when the session is over.

Cost: $750

Mobile App Push Notifications

Notifications and messages can be sent to anyone with the ICOM app downloaded to their Apple or Android phone or tablet before or during the conference.

ICOM will limit the number of push notifications to be sent during the conference on Friday and Saturday.

Notifications are available on first come basis.

Cost: $1,000

Slides/Video  Advertising

ICOM and SICOM both are offering the opportunity for advertisers to show a slide or video during the few minutes leading up to the beginning of each main session as well as the few minutes after the session lets out in a video called the "Ad Reel". This reel contains both ICOM/SICOM announcement slides as well as any purchased videos or slides.

ICOM Costs:

$750 per Slide
$1,000 per 30-sec Video
$1,500 per 60-sec Video

SICOM Costs:

$200 per Slide
$500 per 30-sec Video
$700 per 60-sec Video

Email & Social Media Advertising

Purchase a Social Media Post 

Organizations may purchase one or more social media posts to promote the organization. The purchase of one post will include all three social media platforms: Facebook (5,000 followers), Instagram (1,200 followers), and Twitter (1,200 followers).

These social media posts may be purchased and utilized at any time of the year. ICOM may restrict the number of social media posts, immediately before, during or after the conference.

Cost: $750 per post

Purchase an Email Blast

ICOM has an email distribution system that allows it to send messages to more than 13,000 recipients who are connected to the organization. ICOM will send an advertisement to these recipients before after the conference, in limited quantities. The number of recipients usually increases by about 1,000 addresses as a result of new names and contacts obtained through the conference each year.

Cost (February-July): $1,500

Cost (August-January): $1,700

Cancellation Policy

All advertising falls under the ICOM cancellation policy. 

 

CANCELLATION (REFUND) POLICY FOR ADVERTISING

All cancellations are charged a 10% fee. A written cancellation must be received by August 8, 2025 to receive a full refund less the 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after that date.
