- Comfortable managing complex international shipping and travel procedures
- Skilled in coordinating people, events, and recurring organizational functions
How You Will Serve
- Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate building operations
- Manage receptionist duties and coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments
- Develop and maintain emergency procedures and trainings
- Coordinate international travel, communication protocols, and emergency procedures for staff trips
- Oversee purchasing processes, receiving operations, and complex international shipping logistics
- Schedule and coordinate recurring organizational functions including staff devotions, staff meetings, and event emcees
- Support volunteer management across various departments and skill levels
- Collaborate with team leaders to optimize workflow and resource allocation
