Overview
At Unleashed Now, we see a future where the Church is awakened, and every believer is unleashed to do the work that God called us to do in Matthew 28:19: "Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations..." Our goal is to provide accessible, practical resources that will have a global impact on the Church.
Unleashed Now is the creator of the successful video training series MomentumYes. MomentumYes is an easy-to-use video series that helps people connect with what God is doing in the world and find their place in God’s global story. MomentumYes is being used globally and has been translated into several languages. To help us in this endeavor, Unleashed Now is looking for an Executive Director to cast the vision and fund the vision for MomentumYes to continue to serve the global church.
Unleashed Now is a small organization that relies on a highly active and supportive Board of Directors. It has a full-time Director of Partnerships, a part-time Translation Coordinator, and outsourced marketing and website assistance.
The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors. Significant travel will be required.

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Champion the Mission/Vision
Serve as the internal and external ambassador of the mission and effectively tell the compelling story of the mission for the purpose of raising awareness and friends of the ministry. Many of these friends will become donors as part of the strategy to raise the necessary funding to operate Unleashed Now. Ensure consistent and effective translation of the mission and vision with all staff, board, donors, community partners, and key constituencies. Be a public ambassador for the mission and take the mission into the community by speaking, sharing, partnering, and cultivating relationships. Make strategic decisions, navigate relationships, and maximize available social capital with related organizations and entities. In summary, the Executive Director will cast the vision and fund the vision of Unleashed Now.
Oversee and Lead the Organization
Collaborate with board members and staff on the development and implementation of ongoing strategic and operational plans. Ensure organizational accountability, financial solvency, build consensus, and foster a culture that ensures clarity in the organizational priorities, and short-term results with a focus on long-term impact. Oversee Unleashed Now relationships, attend meetings, promote, organize, and approve initiatives that serve Unleashed Now’s mission. Develop policies that ensure the organization is well-organized, operationally efficient, well-funded, and consistent in decision making, while providing staff and volunteers with clear guidance on what is expected of them.
Provide Fiscal Oversight
Establish and oversee the annual budget. Ensure that the accounting activities of the organization are managed effectively, ethically, legally, accurately, and responsibly. Engage with outside financial partners such as accounting experts and/or auditors to make certain that the organization remains in good standing with generally accepted accounting methods.
Inspire and Build a Mission-Oriented Team
Facilitate an organizational culture that inspires staff and volunteers to embody the core values, motivates achievement of the mission and connects people. Identify, recruit, train, and develop a talented team of employees and volunteers. Champion an environment that spurs people to do all things with excellence and joy while being generous with their time, talents and treasures.
Engage, Partner, and Mobilize the Board
Meaningfully engage with the board in strategic and fundraising activities. Work in partnership with the board to shape and cast the vision, drive accountability of organizational alignment to the vision, and ensure adherence to pathways of success. Foster opportunities that promote the mission and active board engagement. Work with the board development team to ensure continual growth, evaluation, and development of the board. Proactively engage board members as thought partners, leveraging their capacity to support the organization.
Steward and Lead a Sustaining Movement
Oversee fundraising planning and implementation including identifying resource requirements, partnering with the board and staff in implementing donor strategies. Participate in high-level fundraising campaigns. Establish and maintain relationships with key individual and institutional donors and partners. Ensure that donors and volunteers are developed as life advocates of the ministry. Pursue and incorporate additional revenue sources through various fundraising mechanisms, consistent with the organization's mission statement. The Executive Director also serves as an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
This is a full-time salaried position (exempt from overtime pay). The salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 and will be based on factors such as experience and ministry location.

Location
