Smaller churches (under 100) make up the majority of Restoration Movement churches. But they are often overlooked-- and many people dont know how to minister effectively in small churches. Our Bible colleges do a "one sized fit all" model-- but it doesnt work. So how can you minister effectively in a small church and how can you successfully grow your church both numerically and spiritually? This workshop will talk about that from someone who has spent his entire 20 year career in ministry in churches under 100 and has some tips and tricks to grow your church to make a difference in your community.
