Times are quickly evolving and the outreach/mission strategies that churches employed for many years may no longer be relevant. Today, many churches have tighter budgets, a higher demand for results, and a more strategic vision. All of this has created the need to revisit how the local church “onboards” missionary and ministry partners (both domestic and international) and engages with those partners. This workshop will offer best practices, proven/effective strategies, and ideas on how to stay engaged with your missionary and ministry partners.
