People are engaged in conflict and the resolution of conflict constantly. Learning to prevent, avoid, correct, and resolve conflict is one of the highest callings of a follower of Christ as peacemakers will be called children of God. Nothing is more discouraging and heartbreaking than when conflict occurs in the church between brothers and sisters. This workshop will consider how to disciple to prevent conflict, how to correct conflict as soon as it becomes apparent and the need to protect the unity and harmony of the Body of Christ. Gale Juhl was a trial attorney who turned to mediation as an effective tool to avoid the high cost emotionally, physically and spiritually of the judicial process.
