Disciple-making isn’t merely a means to church growth—it is the mission itself. Many church leaders have unintentionally drifted into growth-focused methodologies rather than mission-focused disciple-making. Drawing from Nexus’s extensive work with The Bonhoeffer Project, this workshop points to practical strategies for creating a disciple-making culture from day one. Participants will see how others are rediscovering the Discipleship Gospel, redefining success, developing intentional disciple-making pathways, and equipping believers to multiply disciples.
