Please note that the 2025 booth space size will be 8 ft deep by 10 ft wide so we can accommodate more exhibits in the hall.
Each booth will come with a 6 foot table, 2 chairs.
The main sessions will take place in the upper right corner of the Exhibit Hall.
Note that the main entrances are along the bottom of the map.
There will be two (2) seating areas in the hall and are noted on the map. These will be filled with tables and chairs for meals as well as longer conversations that you'd like to take outside of the booth space.
The yellow lines indicate a prime path space - each prime path space selected will add an additional $100 per space.
Please Note: There are organizations listed below who have secured their booths prior to opening day. This group is made up of the following groups of people.
Big Rocks - Organizations who purchase 8 or more booths at a premium rate.
Sponsors - Organizations who sponsor $4,000 or more (not including advertising) receive early access to purchase booths as a perk for sponsoring the previous year. So for 2025, sponsoring organizations would have had to spend $4,000 or more in 2024 to qualify. If you are interested in learning more or becoming a sponsor for 2025, please contact Michael Hawkins.
